AntiGravity Bridle Trial

Beautiful tack is an investment and we understand how important it is to ensure customers have all of the information they need before making an investment purchase like a bridle from our AntiGravity range of bridles.

If you are considering one of our AntiGravity bridles, we are happy to make a trial bridle available so you can fit and ride in the bridle for at least one full week before deciding whether to move forward with the purchase of a new AntiGravity bridle. Here’s how our trial system works;

1. Add the size and bridle (snaffle or double) to cart, checkout and pay.
2. We will send you a bridle in the correct size to try for a period of 14 days. Your test bridle will be drawn from our bank of trial bridles. The exact style and colour of your test bridle will be random and dependent upon availability. Test bridles are not supplied with reins. 
3. Your test bridle will arrive with a postage paid returns label that you can use to send the bridle back to our warehouse at the completion of your trial period.
4. If you decide to proceed with the purchase of a new AntiGravity bridle, upon receipt of the test bridle back to our warehouse we will dispatch the new AntiGravity bridle of your choice at no additional charge.  
5. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase of a new AntiGravity bridle, upon receipt of the test bridle back in our warehouse we will issue a refund to your original method of payment minus a non-refundable $60 postage and handling fee.

Terms & Conditions

1. The test bridle must be posted back to our warehouse using the original shipping box with the postage paid label provided affixed on or before 14 days from receipt of the test bridle.
2. If the test bridle is not posted back on or before 14 days from receipt of the test bridle and the test bridle is not received back to our warehouse within 45 days of the original date the test bridle was dispatched by us, a further $60 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Please clean your test bridle prior to returning it and ensure it is sent back free from sweat, dirt and hair. If the test bridle is broken or excessively damaged during the trial period a further $150 breakage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. If we do not receive the test bridle back no refund will be issued. 
5. At the present time, bridle trials are only available for Australian customers.
